strongDM provides SSH / SCP session proxying, capture, playback, and auditing.
Servers combine Host Addresses (IP/hostname and port number) and Credentials (username, SSH keypair) into a unified record.
Example: Alice wishes to grant Bob access to
util07.apac.acme.com. Alice creates a new Server record, and then appends the generated Public Key to
~deploy-user/.ssh/authorized_keys. Alice then grants this Server record to the Engineers Role, of which Bob is a member. Bob can now access
firstname.lastname@example.org via strongDM.
