After logging into the strong DM desktop open app dot strongdm.com, go to the resource catalog Under Requests, Filter for resources with the production tag, request access for the resource.
In this case, a Postgres database. Enter a reason and a time duration.
An administrator will approve or deny the request. Connect to the resource.
