Historically end user productivity and security controls have often been placed at odds against each other by the industry and by companies building products that they were intending to sell to solve problems for these same end users.
I think it's kind of been a false narrative.
We've accepted that you either get security or you get productivity, but you never get sold.
I think you can design great products that solve problems for security organizations and IT organizations, but also are beloved by end users and make their job easier.
Because as technology's evolved, we've asked more and more of those end users.
Remember more VPNs to use, remember more names and passwords for hosts, but don't ever share those passwords.
Lots of things we ask them to do, uh, that we shouldn't have to ask people to do.
And for everything we ask of an end user, it's one less thing they're doing as part of their day-to-day job.
So as we remove some of those burdens from them, we actually make their day-to-day work more streamlined and more efficient and make 'em happier.
At the same time, we're delivering the security outcomes the organization needs and the security teams need.
So it's really a win-win win because the business gets security capabilities they never had before.
Security teams get a product that gives them disproportionate advantage against attackers, and at the same time, they're seen as heroes by the end users.
They gave 'em for the first time ever a piece of technology that made the end user life better and more.
